Every Botminds customer arrives with a problem that lives across departments, systems, and years of accumulated process. The solution architect’s job is to understand that problem completely — deeper than the customer has ever articulated it — and then design an architecture on top of the Botminds platform that solves it elegantly: agents, workflows, data flows, integrations, and governance, composed into a system the customer can trust and grow with.

You are the bridge between “here is our problem” and “here is the running solution.” Forward deployed engineers and customer teams build from your blueprints, so the quality of your architecture decides the quality of everything downstream.

What you’ll do

You will lead discovery with enterprise stakeholders — business owners, operations teams, IT, risk — until you can describe their process better than they can, then design the end-to-end solution architecture on the Botminds platform: which agents, which workflows, which document pipelines, which integrations into their core systems, and how governance and access control wrap all of it. You produce architectures that are precise enough to build from and clear enough for a CIO to approve, review implementations against them as deployments progress, and feed recurring solution patterns back to the platform team as reusable designs. On critical pursuits you stand in front of the customer and defend the design — trade-offs, scale, security, and all.

What you bring

6+ years across solution architecture, enterprise software delivery, or technical consulting, with real systems shipped into production.
Proven ability to absorb an unfamiliar business domain fast and model it precisely — lending, credit, insurance, or other document-heavy operations experience is a plus.
Fluency in modern architecture: APIs and integration patterns, data pipelines, cloud services, and where LLM-based agents genuinely fit (and where they don’t).
Communication strong enough to hold the room with both engineers and executives.
