Solution Engineer / Business Analyst

Every Botminds deployment starts with a business process that lives in someone’s head and a stack of documents that prove it. The solution engineer’s job is to get both into the platform: understand the process, document it precisely, and configure automation that actually matches how the customer works.
You sit between business stakeholders and technical teams, and you are fluent in both directions. On the technical side you work with automation tooling, RPA technologies, and prompt engineering to sharpen agent behavior — with growing exposure to the machine learning underneath.
What you’ll do
You will work with stakeholders to understand and document business objectives, processes, and requirements, then analyze the data behind them to find the trends and patterns that should drive decisions. You evaluate existing processes and recommend changes that make them measurably better, and you keep the documentation honest: business requirements, use cases, user stories, data models, and visual representations that make complex processes legible. You act as the liaison between business owners and engineers, participate in QA to confirm solutions meet what was actually asked for, help plan projects — scope, objectives, deliverables — and build the reports and dashboards that track KPIs after go-live. When strategic decisions need grounding, your analysis is what they stand on.
What you bring
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, computer science, or a related field.
- 2+ years as a solution engineer, business analyst, or in a closely related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Clear communication and the proven ability to work across functions; project management experience is a plus.
