Botminds achieves ISO27001:2013 Certification

Botminds.ai is proud to announce that we have received ISO 27001:2013 certification, the international standard for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). This certification is a testament to our commitment to the security and privacy of our customers' data. This is a continuation of our security journey having achieved SOC 2 Type II Certification prior to this.

The ISO 27001:2013 standard outlines the requirements for an information security management system (ISMS), including the establishment, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of security controls. By meeting these requirements, we are able to demonstrate that we have a systematic and ongoing approach to managing sensitive company and customer information, especially given the critical business processes that Botminds.ai customers entrust us to automate. The documents and data handled by Botminds spans financial documents, leases, contracts, medical reports, orders and invoices, and much more.

Obtaining ISO 27001:2013 certification required a thorough evaluation of our ISMS by a third-party audit firm. We will continue to have regular audits to ensure that we are maintaining compliance with the standard.
