chatMinds Improvements | Default Chat Prompt Selection

We made improvements to chatMinds, enhancing its functionality and customization options for a better user experience.

Users can now select a default chat prompt for each project. This feature allows project administrators to set a predefined starting point for chat interactions, providing consistency and guiding users in their conversations.

Conversation as an Optional Option

In V20, the conversation feature in chatMinds becomes optional. Users can choose whether to enable or disable the conversation mode based on their project requirements. This flexibility allows for more streamlined interactions and aligns with specific use cases.

Chat Page Default Template Rendering

The new version introduces the option to customize the default template rendering for chat pages. Users can predefine a set of questions and answers which creates a more personalized and visually appealing chat interface.

ChatMinds Reference Improvements

The ChatMinds Reference has undergone enhancements to provide more accurate reference for the answer. Users can now access improved reference even for the summary used in the chat. This can be made as a optional feature as well, so that user has the control to decide whether to provide reference for the chat answer

Value enrichment

Enrichment of label values based on real-time data or dependencies on other labels within the document. It provides greater flexibility and accuracy in capturing and updating relevant information. Helps to visualize the data quicker and faster in the document page.

Custom Extraction Style feature that allows users to enhance the visualization of extracted data. With this feature, users can apply custom styles using HTML formatting to make the extracted information more visually appealing and easily interpretable. The Custom Extraction Style feature provides users with the ability to customize the appearance of extracted data. Users can apply various styles such as changing font size, color, background color, font style, and more. Thumbnail Filtering based on Summary Filters

You can now filter document page thumbnails based on summary filters, whichre enables users to quickly identify and locate relevant document pages based on specific criteria or attributes defined in the summary view. Filtering thumbnails based on summary filters improves efficiency and streamlines page selection for further analysis.

Swap the Summary to Left or Right

In V20 users have the option to swap the summary pane to the left or right side of the document interface. This customization feature allows users to configure the layout according to their preference and work style, optimizing the viewing experience and maximizing productivity.

Each Taxonomy as a Separate Summary Tab

With this improvement, each taxonomy within the summary view is presented as a separate tab. Users can easily switch between summary tabs to focus on specific taxonomies, enabling more targeted analysis and exploration of different facets of the data. This enhancement provides better organization and navigation within the summary view.

Product Overall Enhancements
